You don't need to submit any documents when creating a profile, just make sure all information you enter is correct. You may need to use your passport and transcripts to fill out some of the information in the profile, but you don't need to submit anything.

I applied with a 3 years advanced diploma. You will get the same points as a bachelors degree as the category would be "3 years or more of studies", you ill see it when you make your EE profile.
