Next step after Mexican PGR check

We went to the PGR today. The guy didn't like that we didn't have an original request with a seal from the Canadian Embassy but he allowed the letter. The record check should be done in 7-10 days. Everything went well. So next send it to the embassy and wait for the PPR?

    PGR Mexican Police records check

Will they accept a cfe receipt with another person's name? You know here when you rent you don't put your name on the contract for the cfe. Also can the bank payment be made in advance or do you have to go to the PGR and then go make the payment and return?

    Mexico

My wife is Mexican and so the embassy sent us a letter requesting her to get the record check. But I just read in this thread somebody talking about fingerprints and I wasn't sure if she needed those too. In the letter it didn't mention anything about fingerprints.

Does my wife need to get fingerprints too? We live in Mexico and on the letter from the embassy it didn't mention that, just to get the police records check.
