They don't put any phone numbers on the letters we have received from them. On the CIC website for the Mexico City office they only have e-mail addresses. I guess I could send an e-mail to the case specific e-mail but from the way that they have responded so far I don't think I'll get any info...

For Mexico the embassy sends you a letter when they are ready for the police check. Someone from the Mexico thread sent theirs in May and got PPR in May. We sent ours on March 3rd and still no news! Not sure what we can do. They won't tell us anything when we send them e-mails inquiring about...

I saw somebody put that when you order GCMS notes your application gets delayed by 30 days? Is that true? Your notes are sent from Ottawa I believe not from the office processing your application. Any comments?

Hi. I can't remember how to order the notes. Do I put Privacy act or Access to information act? Also I ask for electronic file right? We're inquiring about my wife's permanent residence application so I choose Immigration File: Permanent Residence right?

They do the evaluation of whether the sponsor will move back to Canada when the application is in Mississauga. That is the SA part of the app. Obviously we got SA or our app wouldn't be in Mexico. But since we sent our PGR which supposedly is the last step, we haven't heard anything. 3 1/2...
