Hi, There are lot of others who have not yet received AOR. Your application is towards the end of the acceptance period, might take another month still. Check the track you will get to an idea which dates are getting AOR right now.

If your parents have done bio then most likely they will not be asked again. Your application will proceed with the bio they have on file. But if they ask you for bio again, then your parents have to exit country to get their bio done. Currently, this is the only way bio is done.

You can update CIC through webform and they can advice you if more steps are required on your end.

You can get your photos from Costco. For me, BLS accepted 1 photo for each process. But online it asks for 2 photos for each process.
