No one knows the exact procedure of how they reject PR applications on medical bases. Yes, this could be a huge issue as it is terminal illness but you can only know if you get accepted or rejected by continue with your application.

Don't worry guys. According to website its 2 year process. But i have lot of experience with CIC application. In the end you will catch up no matter what. I have seen so many cases where someone didn't hear from cic and suddenly everything happens in a month. It happened to me too.
