If you have been charged then you will get your PER... not 90 to 95% but 99.99%.No NER has been reported once you have been charged. I am not sure if you have observed but folks from 8-aug to 4-sept have received their PER in the last 15-20 days . We cannot establish a pattern with CIC so just...
