Nopes, you have got what you need my friend. We don't need to bother when the ECAS went live. We just need to check and make sure that the date you see in " We received your application on ....." is the correct date of your submission.

Our timelines are very close and we can expect the second line update or MR request anytime after Feb 20th. Stay positive, relax and sit tight, our MR request is almost here.... just a few days more.

My timeline is very close to your timelines and No you are not late. We should expect MR/ second line updatr by last week of February. Hopefully our background checks are completed by then. As of today,NDVO is sending MR requests to folks who have received PER in the 1st week of December. Ho

I can't comment on whether or not your background checks are done. But on an average, MR request follows the ECAS update by 10-12 days.
