Dear All, Any applicant with PER date of 19-Dec (any NOC) receive Second line update or MR from NDVO? Just trying to understand when should I expect my second line update or MR. Thanks in advance for the response.

Friend, I am so sorry to tell you that NOC 2171 capped in the 1st week of September :( . I suggest you send CIC an inquiry email / phone call. At least you will get some definitive response from them. Dont lose hope and without any further delay create a profile under Express entry.

Dear friend, Since your CC is charged, 90% chance you will receive a positive email. It takes almost 30 days froom the date of charge to receive this email. I know difficult to relax, but stay calm, relax and keep checking email including junk folder everyday. All the best!
