Did someone receive his/her passports back with VISA and COPR, who submited passports at VFS Delhi on or after 2nd March?

Mine online tracking status is still showing as " Your application tracking no. xxxxxxxxxx is being processed at Delhi Visa office"

We submitted on 2 March through VFS HYD. We received the stamped passports back today morning.

As now im in toronto... Will sent my passort after i come there.
Or can i give my pp to ottawa? I have send mail to ndvo on. 2 nd march bt no reply as of now.
