Actually NEITHER :D !!! My DD was encashed on 20-Nov and I started work on my PCC from India and US(since it takes 3+ months to get PCC from FBI) so that I have the PCC ready by the time I get a request from VO(hopefully in March 2015).

I am going tomorrow to PSK for PCC:- Docs to carry in Original and Xerox: BSNL telephone bill / Electricity Bill / Aadhar Card / Voters ID Card / Gas Bill, Marriage Certificate, 6 photos, Passport Xerox first and late page self attested

if you have received your per than yes, you should start with pcc. pcc is valid for a year from the date of issue so it will work when you eventually get your mr/pcc request.

You cant use this link without a UCI and you have to wait for PER to get a UCI

I have read a few old posts that blue dart is the only one accepting PO Box address. You might want to give them a call and find out more.

cio-sydney-search-enquiry[at]cic.gc.ca to get the status of your application. You will have to send them your Last name, First name, Date of Birth, Country of Birth in order to get the notification.

As of Friday,18th Aug applicants were receiving their PER. It doesnt matter what date you were charged. PER is being issued as per app date. We should be receiving ours in the next two weeks.

The Wait for a week more. The pattern we are observing is pretty random.cic maybe sending per as per charged date. In which case you should be hearing from them next week. In the meatask your consultant to check his mail properly including his junk folder
