    I'll give that a go. I was just hoping someone already went through the process and could share their experience. It is an outland application (started overseas) but currently in Canada as a visitor.

    Ours also got approved today. Passport was delivered on March 13th.

    Right, that's why I said "if he had an income of at least $5000". Which would be a job, or self-employment. Maybe I didn't make my meaning clear.

    According to my research if: 1. Your brother is a PR and has a SIN 2. He had an income of at least $5000. From a job or self-employment. Then he may qualify for the CERB

    In the GCKey my wife's also still says processing, but in ecas it shows decision made.
