In cic Counterfoil switched to "invalid" and under that there's a new line that says 'Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR)' status "Your document is valid". Ecas login is this link: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en

I checked ECAS today and saw that it's now moved to complete and says "You entered Canada at the Etobicoke IRCC office on May 29, 2020 and became a Permanent Resident" But we haven't received any email yet, did anyone else experience this? Not sure how to apply for PR card now.
