    1. You can submit now and there is no issue if you are changing the country of residence later. 2. No need to wait. 3. Yes you have to mention the change in the country of residence to CIC, after you shift to Canada, using the IRCC Webform and not during the application (LOE). Country of...

    Meaning of Tie-breaking rule:

The tie-break rule has the meaning in its name. Any score above the cut-off will not come in to tie-break, as they are already above the score. Tie-break applies only for the minimum cut-off score, when there are more profiles then they can invite. For eg, if there 250 profiles in 442 and they...

Spouse work experience, must read, don't skip

Yes or No, will not make any difference. If you answer 'No", then you can mention it in personal history section of PR application and don't have to submit any documents for this. If you answer 'Yes', then you have to provide documents like reference letter, pay slips, tax forms etc. for the...

Spouse Visa for Federal Skilled Express Entry Candidate

Yes spousal visa is not the recommended one. You can apply separately now and there is no problem with that, as you are still single.

Spouse Visa for Federal Skilled Express Entry Candidate

Yes it changes but it will not go above 460 according to the trend. If you both have 475 points, then there is no way that one of you don't get the invitation. But for PR application, if one of your application gets approved after marriage and then you can notify CIC of the marital status change...

Yeah you are right to say that. If you have one degree with equal to or more than 3 years, then the other degrees duration doesn't matter.

    ECA With WES

For me, the documents were accepted without any problem. If WES say that they have sent mail to Anna University, then that is where you have to inquire. Because they generally contact the university for clarifications about the course or the institution.

Travel history between country of residence and citizenship

Current residential address doesn't have a to date. It would have been mentioned clearly in the details that for current address, 'to date' should be left blank.

first job less than 1 year (NOC: B)-countable or not?

It is completely wrong. You can have your job experience in any number of NOC. You can amend the documents by using IRCC web form. But I would suggest you to take your time and submit each document correctly. Because you never know whether the VO will accept your amended documents.

    Reg. Work Experience

No need for NOC to be mentioned in the letter, job duties aligning with the NOC is enough. Any experience you have mentioned in the work history, warrants a reference letter, it doesn't matter if it is from a different NOC. If you are not claiming points for any experience and don't want to get...

Without IELTS you can't create the profile. IELTS and ECA are mandatory.

    score

It is a good score to get invited in the next draw. The CRS score in no way affects the job search. It is only used to issue the ITA and once you are a PR, it has no meaning.

    Marksheets and / or Transcripts!

The transcripts can be original or can be attested by the CoE/Registrar of your university and put in a sealed envelope by your respective universities. You have to send copy of your degrees as well along with it, but these need not be attested.

Can Mother be included as Dependent for PR

Your mother can't be your dependant. The best option is to apply for a supervisa, after you have a job in Canada.

first job less than 1 year (NOC: B)-countable or not?

Yes your first job counts for the experience calculation. The rule is to have atleast 1 year of experience in your primary NOC to be eligible to apply. I am thinking you will be having NOC A as your primary and after that whatever experience you have will be counted, even if it is for a month.
