No it is incorrect. PCC should be obtained after the last day of stay in that country, if it is not your country of residence. Please note this fact or your application will be rejected.

Difficulty while taking refrence letter please guide

The Salary slips are not the mandatory requirement. The reference letter, as per CIC guidelines, is the mandatory one. All other documents with respect to work experience are additional to prove it clearly. Instead of salary slips you can also provide the tax forms, if you have that.

I want to travel without my dependents. Will there be any problems getting them later?

No it is by no way misrepresentation. You are free to declare your dependents as non-accompanying and later on can apply to sponsor for them. There is nothing wrong in that, except it is a long process.

I want to travel without my dependents. Will there be any problems getting them later?

No you have to show POF including your dependents whether they are accompanying or non-accompanying. I apologize if my answer led you to any other conclusion. All the docs are required to include your entire immediate family, so only it is better to include them as accompanying and go through...

I want to travel without my dependents. Will there be any problems getting them later?

It's not about the rejection. If you have settled in Canada already and you have a job, then there is every possibility for the application to be approved but it will most likely take atleast 12 months for the approval. The issue here is the time taken for the approval. Even though you mention...

I want to travel without my dependents. Will there be any problems getting them later?

If you are mentioning your dependents as non-accompanying, then you have to sponsor their PR application at a later date and it must be approved for them to enter in to Canada. But if you mention them as accompanying, then all your PR visa application will be processed together. Once approved...

    Reasons for Rejection

It is how the CoPR normally comes to everyone. It is there to ensure that you don't travel with that document alone. It is not a visa document. You need the visa stamped in your passport for travel, that's all. Don't worry, you are approved to land in Canada. Be happy.

Hi, To clear your doubts. The Visa stamped for Canada if for travel and the CoPR (Confirmation of Permanent Residence), is the one used to trigger your PR status.
