In my opinion, EE is just a way that CIC is able to make a big selection data pool, yes anyone can go online to apply and key in all of their information and data, however it is upto CIC officers to decide whom they are interested or let's put this way .... what kind of people Canada currently...

Well .... I am not trying to be picky but why don't you try to apply through FSW now ? Cos even EE has not release their ways on select people but if your job position has been ruled out from CEC do u think they are going to put it back in EE ?

May I ask where have you seen this ? I think CIC so far hasn't even release any news on how they are going to select people they are going to invite to applying immigration under EE ? How do you know all positions under NOC 0,A,B are going to be eligible? Or let me put this way .... all...

That is why don't wait for AINP to nominated you.... you shall think about to apply under CEC or FSW now, as for EE.... so far they have not release any details on how they are going to choose people... but I think it is only going to be harder and not easier .... at least I think it is going to...

From what I have read here lately .... I think now AINP just put all files into a big box and have lucky draw daily ... cos it is crazy that some people who applied this April have already got nominated but someone with the same job and applied last Dec but still waiting for their nomination...

Yes and no The maximum time of foreign worker to work in Canada has changed from 4 years to 2 years in June 2014, but for workers who are already in Canada at that time still can work here upto 4 years. As for work permit .... the LMO used to be able to exchange for a period of 2 years work...

This AINP program has become a joke ...I totally agree on it For people who can still apply other immigration program that we shall look for another way to become Canadians... such as FSWP :'(
