Hi Seaciel, not sure if you have already applied or not but I think the NOC 6212 does not exist anymore because the newest NOC Code has changed 6212 to 6311, so I think you will need to put 6311 instead of 6212 when you apply FSWP. Please refer to 2011 NOC code website...

Well then your attorney has submitted to the wrong place because now all FSW applications need to first send to Sydney NS .... it is stated on the CIC web page and I have no idea why you said your attorney has submitted your application to London office ??

AY, did you mean you sent out the application on Oct. 30, 2014 but you actually need to count the date that your application reached to CIT ... not the date you sent out your application ... so in that case I think you shall belong to Nov. applicants group Cheers

Well but what if they asked you for your pay stab ?? Maybe you shall consider to re-submit another letter with correct information on it ....

Well .....so far no Oct applicants got any responses yet so it is normal ;D They are working on Sept applicants at this moment and hope they can keep going on a faster speed and hope some lucky Oct applicants can hear somethings from CIO before the end of this year.

I also sent out my application to Sydney on Oct. 25, 2014 and CIO has received on Oct. 31, 2014 and it seems like CIO has speeding up to process FSW application and hope it will be our time soon. :P

I think they are trying to force people to move to SK and MB cos no one wants to live there ...... god damn Canada Govt that screwed people who are in AB .... :'(
