Sorry but what you have mentioned won't happen cos if someone who has a permanent full time job with LMO/LMIA then automatically he/she got 600 points from it so it is not possible he/she only got 400 points ... Sandtiger, I am not trying to be negative but I think CIC follow their rule almost 100% therefore they have stated they will only accept FSW application before 2014/12/31 so if your package has not arrived to their mail room on that date then very likely they will return your package to you...

I never received an email from CIC before I received the returned package, and yes I am currently in Canada so that is why it only takes 5 days for me to receive the returned package.

I think what AINP office doing now is to reject all of the application files that the Work Permit will expire in 2014, unless you already have a new work permit on hand. Due to they ran out of nomination quota for 2014 so they are clearing out those application files so it will remove tons of...

Amro375, yes cos I am currently working in Canada so I thought I only need to send my work permit copy and they are able to trace it ? I didn't send my LMO copy ... so maybe I will get rejected cos of that ? :'(
