nata_cap, I really don't think they will process people who paid both PR application + landing fee first cos I did pay both of those and here I am still waiting just like you. Just like someone else said, whether Amit's case is real or not .... don't let it bother you cos from my own experience...

Nina64 sorry to hear that ...maybe you shall apply earlier for AINP.... however AINP is pretty much hopeless cos of the unbelievable long waiting period. And I need to remind you that for AINP you have to maintain working status when they nominate you so if you can't receive AINP nomination...

Well.... CIC call center is not a good place to ask questions cos they are not so professional and most of the time don't know what they are talking about ....however if you have no other choice then just try to apply BOWP and pray for CIO can finish reviewing your EE application before the WP...

Just a thought, due to CIC said EE applicants are guarantee to receive PR in 6 months so I think the files who have already submitted to CIC won't give any feedback until they finish the check up and give you the PR. Unless if CIC needs you to submit some extra documents. I am just guessing lol

It depends are you getting points from that previous job? If you do get points cos of that job then you will need to provide a reference letter
