As far as i knownits totally fine to change uni without the need of changing the visa. However you must notify cic by logging into your mycic account and under section changing DLI you can inform them. About the border im not sure nut its better to inform them online and then try at the border

If they told you form is incomplete then make sure to fill it up before sending the application

You will get your study permit at the first port of enty. You have to go through immigratiom to get your passport. Then you have to claim your baggages and then go to local flight gate

You can only apply through US vac only if you are 1- US citizen 2- Green Card holder 3- temporary residence or have a valid status in the us Other wise they simply will forward your application to you home country visa office

If you didnt get a permit you can posotpone your accepntance till jan/2017 you have to inform thebuniversity about your case.

Marriage has no impact on anything as long you have valid documentation such as study permitnand work permit and you meet the requriment of thise permit you should be fine

I would suggest try both at the end you want to plan you life accordingly. So if i were you i will try any possible method to contact them and know what is going on.

If you have a job offer after you graduate If you have children back home If you bond,stocks, etc If you write a strong SOP (statement of purpose) telling them how much your a connected to ur home country and why choose canada and urbplans after graduation . Good luck

Yes you have possibilty to get visa but doesnt always have to be based on your academics. Many factors such financial, home ties, background screening etc. You can only know aby applying and see what happens next Good luck
