I am not sure though,but I will still say . One of my friend got PCC while applying for VISA . He told PCC from passport office wont work. We need to get PCC from Police Commissioner's office . Please cross check before sending ur PCC .

This is a very important aspect of migration . How much funds one should carry . For an individual to last for 8 months with middle class living standard , how much it will cost in Toronto or in Vancouver . Let me know ur input guys .
