Hi guys, I have created EE profile and job bank account . CIC mentioned employer can contact prospective employees on the "job bank" . But my doubt is: We are not asked to enter our skills and experience while creating "job bank" profile . Then how employers will find a suitable profile . ...

Thanks man... In Express Entry they asked for ECA Certificate number . It is the Reference # printed on the top right corner of the ECA report (WES) ??

Another doubt. During "job bank" profile creation they did not ask to key-in Skills/Work Exp etc, which other job ports would ask and on the basis of that one would get job notifications . :o :o :o :o If anyone could figure out that how exactly "job bank" is gonna work . :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X
