If currently you are working with Employer XXX, I would imagine, that you are on Work Permit status etc. Usually on the work permit it provides the conditions, like you are allowed only to work with Employer XXX. Is that your case? If so, wait for PR approval before you work for Employer YYY or ZZZ.
