Hello,

I will be apply for CEC very soon, just wondering do I and my wife need to send my educational documents with the application ? (Yes/No)

I want to file my wife as well so what document and form she needs to submit with my application?

IELTS result must be seal? (Yes/No)

In the CEC checklist they didn't mention about to submit past educational documents and work experience.

Please reply me on this really appreciate.

Thanks for your time.

Your questions indicate that you have not read and/or understood the directions and the document checklist, so I strongly urge you to re-read the application guide and the checklist. Most applicants who are refused are those who don't follow instructions. These explain clearly what documents you need to submit for your spouse (wife=spouse). There is an entire section (section 10) in the document checklist on work experience. There is nothing on education because it is not required.

Hello,

Can someone advise me on this question? Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008)

My wife is currently working in Canada as part time employee so do i need to fill out add dependent section.

From the list, select the type of dependant:

Type 1
The dependent is under the age of 19 and single (not married and not in a common-law relationship).
Type 2
The dependent is 19 years of age or older, has been financially dependent on a parent since before the age of 19 due to a physical or mental condition.

The following types of children are for applicants who started an immigration process before August 1st, 2014.
Type A
The dependant is under the age of 22 and single (not married and not in a common-law relationship).
Type B
The dependant has been continuously enrolled in and in attendance as a full‑time student at a post-secondary institution accredited by the relevant government authority and has depended substantially on the financial support of a parent either:

since before the age of 22, or
since marrying or entering into a common-law relationship (if it happened before the age of 22).

Type C
The dependant is 22 years of age or older, has depended substantially on the financial support of a parent since before the age of 22, and is unable to provide for himself or herself because of a medical condition.
