    Thanks. Very inconsistent system. My employer had secured a LMO/LMIA prior to issuance of work permit. The work permit expires next year, a good one more year validity. Why should my employer advertise a job that's occupied (LMO'd).

    Its inconsistent. It is even mentioned in my work permit that I will work only for my employer. Why I should I register in Job bank.

    I submit profile using my LMO and was credited 600 points in addition to other factors. One week ago when I check my profile, the 600 is gone. Anybody on the same situation? What could be wrong?

    Think about a draw with a minimum and maximum points. For example 400 to 599. This is to give chance the foreign applicants with high human capital points.

    The "message" still needs to get to CIC's attention, but I suggest, should be in the form of a Pleading or Prayer, not "Petition". Choice of words can be crucial.
