Hi Harirajmohan, I checked my application document list, I realized that the passport copy was requested as a required document in application package, so I think you don't have to mail it again, right?

Please Help! Extension of Work permit and PNP status!

this is useful, my wp will expire at the end of Dec, 2016, looks like I have to prepare the open work permit around Aug, 2016. I just tried the questionnaire, but the webpage says I can apply for open work permit if answer yes interns of if received first stage of approval(presuming the AOR)...

Good catch, you reminds me of this, I guess they just want to use it to tell if you need to apply for a new passport based on their progress.

Yup, Dec 23th. But a further checking on the DM progress makes me disappointment. I don't think they could make it in 6 months in according to current frequency.

thanks for this updates, I just hope they will soon make the first 2015 DM in the early of 2016. I almost lost the confidence for the immigration. my wp will expire at the end of 2016. If they keep the same processing speed and I don't find new job in Canada before that, then I have to leave...

In according to your response, looks like we don't have to submit another PCC for inland applicants even 6 months after the application date, right?

Nominee + Closed Work Permit. Can I change positions?

hey, I think you'd better discuss with border office who usually know if they can issue you a permit. If you still have a valid VISA with your written offer letter, it would be easier. otherwise you have to apply for a temporary VISA and use that to get entry to Canada. because it's a new...

Nominee + Closed Work Permit. Can I change positions?

I guess that won't matter. If you were cic, you will always want to receive those who are always eligible to work in terms of health, capability and so on. so if you are working, they have no reason to decline your application whomever you are working for. that's just my own understanding, not...
