Mine got transfered on 25th January and no update since then

Hi.. I applied in Oct 2018 In January 2019 the file was transfered to NDVO but till now the automated phone number to check status says background check has not started yet. Is there any time frame by which it must be started. I have applied through a representative so i dont hv gckey. The ecas...

My application is of the same date 24th Oct.. Waiting after file got transfered to local visa office in January.. nothing after that...wait wait and wait...it becomes really frustrating at times

I don't have GCKEY as I have a representative so i dont have that account. I called ircc...the automated teller told me that the bg check has not started yet. It has already been 3+months

Hi all I have one question. If ecas says" we started processing ....application on ... Date. Whats does this mean? Is it bg check or just that the application got forwarded to local Visa office. I hv also received email that pa application transfereed to local visa office for further processing...
