I did call and followed instructions. It says bg check not started yet. Its been 4 months already since file got transferred to lvo. I don't understand how the system works. Thanks a lot for the phone number. Its of great help.

Yes thats true. But then everyday people who applied later than me are getting PPR emails and i m still stuck. And i have a representative so no other option to get together as per them. Just praying to God.. Hope all of us get together with our spouses soon

I have a representative so i don't have gckey. And my representative says its still in processing time so they are not doing anything. Its been more than a year since i met my spouse. Just trying to keep more patience each day and getting disheartened by no update. Thanks a lot for your support...

Congratulations ... My file also started processing on 25th January at Delhi but only medical passed and no update after that..not even bg check update. I am really worried. File received at sydney on Oct 24th 2018.
