    like marcher said , basically most of the people will already qualify when the 3/5 rule kicks in . Even the pre pR time could take some time as well ... bill c-6 would make a huge difference to new PRs and future PRs

    it will be passed most likely , but right after we all qualify . Summer recess is coming , so my point is to have 0 hopes in this bill and pretend it never existed and move on . If a miracle happens , we all prefer to be surprised instead of being disappointed.

    Since you'll be Canadian by then , it'll be impossible to enter Canada with your Chinese passport , you'll have to present a Canadian passport , that landing paper won't mean anything , you could try to apply for a Canadian passport( with the rush service they process it in 24hrs) the same day...
