If bill c6 passes , as mentionned on the bill several section of it will come into force at separate moments but the 3/5 rule very likely to be the last one implemented

it barely passed the house of commons , i don't get to see how they will pass it in 3 weeks . Early 2017 they will pass it , eventually , but all of those affected will never benefit from it . Facing the reality is what necessary at this stage . They said they will pass it before summer break...

The bill is trapped , the revocation clause is the problem and now affecting a minister ...It has discrepancies and how to fix them in order not to affect the minister is the question ? What will happen with that bill ? Will it die ?

it took a year for the conservatives to fully implement it and we had the accurate date not long before the due date .. Let's not forget that IF c-6 is to become law ..its parts will be into force at separate moments ... So the 3/5 rule which a lot of people are expecting now ( especially new...

my prior opinion referred to a political move , in terms of votes for the next election , planned in 2019 . But now , looking at technicalities , the time it becomes a law and then fully implemented and people applying and becoming citizen through c-6 is far away unless a miracle happens..

we don't know what to think whether it's on purpose or not .... the bill hasn't moved a toe for a while , people would be more surprised if they discuss it at the stage , they shouldn't even put it on the order of the day .... senate will go on vacation on december 23rd until january 31st ...

i don't really think they will discuss it anytime soon ..it's being pushed on and on .. the minister is not even showing strong support nor being pushy.. showing up at the senate unprepared for questions .. so they won't rush .. until next recess ..who knows .. all the people affected , starting...

I think the simplest way would be to just mention it on the form When he arrived in Canada he didn't know about it , it was late 2013's that he found out about it Anyways the wisest way would be to mention it on the form to avoid any complications

Yes he has two passports But the other one he never uses it or even used it All the stamps are on the uk one and his pr card showing that he is british
