I took the regular TEF, it is accepted. Some places don't offer TEF Canada. As long as it has TEF on the results sheet and the results are for 4 sections, you are good.

It depends on the country. African countries, especially Nigeria is fast. But yes, CEC is much slower, which is weird. All these people are decent, being here for years; working, studying, raising a family. If they were a security threat, they would have found that by now. It's just ridiculous.
