    So could it be that our BG has started long time and it just not updated in progress?? Then I can believe we could get it in process and at the same time DM. That's my thought now. Any suggestions folks??

    That's exactly what they told me last week.the agent said my BG is in process and it's not updated on my CIC. It's more than 3 months and yet still not in process. Don't really know why our case has been too long. It's really frustrating.
