    regulated occupations: FSW

There are a few posts on the forum which mention that the EE system now asks if the applicant has contacted regulatory bodies about licensure; etc. Does CIC now require applicants who select regulated occupations to have their skills/competencies assessed by regulatory bodies, on top of normal...

What have you done so far to get this license or certificate?

I'm very curious about this. Were these questions added recently? And my ita was received over 3 months ago. I never saw such questions. If someone has selected a regulated occupation, will cic reject such applicants that cannot readily work in that occupation straight after landing? Because...

    What happens during NA?

thats what i initially thought and it is very different from saying: "Background check begins at NA the moment you receive AOR. It normally changes to IP1 post medicals passed"

    What happens during NA?

AOR is 23/05. I just checked again and BGC has been NA since then. So does it mean they have been working on BGC since then or not?

    What happens during NA?

Are you certain about that¿ Because logically not applicable means nothing is being done regarding that aspect that is NA

Error in experience letter: URGENT (post-AOR)

Thanks for your input. I asked delpiero and he said it's fine. I thought the same but wanted to ask others' opinions. That small "discrepancy" doesn't affect my eligibility factors at all. I would have followed your advice but I already raised a cse last week and I am reluctant to raise another...

Error in experience letter: URGENT (post-AOR)

Experienced members please advise, line 1) my experience letter tells my average week hours (eg 28.5) up to date (eg 17 april 2017) line 2) my experience letter says total hours done (eg. 941) up to date (07 April 2017). The problem is the average was calculated based on the date provided in...

    Photo for eapr: back details

the crucial point is not about the stamp, it is about the photographer is the one who needs to provide the info requested by cic. Yes i did go around studios and all said they cannot. Freaking lazy bastards.

    Photo for eapr: back details

I am not at all trusting that supposed reason for writing names, etc (i.e. for the photos not to get lost and IRCC being able to match the photos with the applications if they do get lost). If that was the reason, why would IRCC need the studio to put a stamp on it? If it was the mere...

    Photo for eapr: back details

Upping again! Say I get PPR tomorrow and I need to send photographs along with my passport. How on Earth am I supposed to comply with IRCC's requirements (re. back side) if no studio accepts to write ANYTHING on the photo?? I need this info because I like to be thorough and do not want to have...
