    Break in continuity question

In retrospect, 1560 hours is one of the MEC. In eexpress entry, I put decimal hours and got accepted into EE. Without the decimal part I dont have the MEC for experience. Therefore I believe it is reasonable to assume that if the system allows it, so would the visa officer. Partial hours of...

    Break in continuity question

Thank you canada we come. I had only one part time job until a last year. Then 2. I never reached 30 hours and my employers put average as it's the only way to give weekly hours. Should I submit my timesheets so cic doesn't think I counted hours above 30 in my calculations?

Gift Money Declaration from Father to Son Outline !

In EXpress entry, correct me if I'm wrong, but it asks "how much money the applicant intends to bring with him". It doesn't ask if the applicant already is in possession of the money. Otherwise, this would have been one of the MEC for express entry, which it is not. I'm not expert but If an...

Thank you. My reference letter says I have been employed from the start date to current date and provided the average weekly hours. And I counted my hours for EE as the sum of my actual hours (and part of hours). The total exceeds the 1560... Is that ok?

    Proof of funds URGENT QUERY

Yes I know that. However my question remains valid, for submitting the express entry profile no document is submitted but the applicant has to already have proof for the claims he is making and that grant him CRS points. The same should apply to funds (ie. the applicant is already in possession...
