Yup, i had called them and they said that ur country's processing time is 37 months as of dec 2015 {of which 24 months are over since dec13}

I am so happy to know that you have got CSQ oh that's really a great news from ur side I have also applied in july 2013, file no in dec 2013 i have recently asked my immigration agent for any update because he has given his email id in app file anyway , i pray to GOD to get my csq soon
