I just want to ask if anyone has an idea if changing of residency in the later stage of application will affect the processing time? I finished my medical already. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Hello. I am Mario , a QSW applicant. I received a letter of rejection because I couldn't able to apply a working experience document and a legalization document for my first job can i ask for administrative review Ana send these documents with it? And is the officer will accept these documents ?

Admin revirw for rejection is not valid. But u can appeal for reopening ur file. But to do that we need to understand what docs exatly did u send. What was the last date of the 90 days period and on which date u submitted and on which date u recieved rejection. If u still have that 90 day window u can request and appeal. I can guide how to appeal.

anyone can guide i got documents request in which they request legality of work experience for me and spouse.now i have pf document for me but my wife has nothing official mean her work was contract job she never fill return now if i do not send any proof for legality only i explain and attach exemption
limit of tax for her.i do not claim point for her experience without her experience my points are complete will they reject or accept.

Why not you try express entry? You have very good IELTS score. You must speak france in Quebec. You can apply Quebec without france. This process is very very long. Some time it takes more the 5 years. Including federal part.

5 years??? I thought it is 12 -18 months process. In express entry I can not get more than 370. to have my points jump up to 445 I need to re take the IELTS and get L:8, RWS:7 which is not easy job

lebanoncase ... Why do you want to leave your Job .. u didn't receive yet your CSQ, so you're still at the first stages of your process and you still have couple years to go before moving to Canada!!!
I'm from Lebanon too and I waited about 4 years and half to get my visa ??? :

Hi,becauss 1st of all its a personal business ,2md a member of the family invested with all the money of the bjsiness made and gpt a loan for another project, that project is due yet , but also the business isnt makkng much anymore , im sorry i cant mention the nature of the business and also theres a looot of it in Lebanon and it will be even worse in less than 2 years , there will be a loot more than there is right now ,soo i dont know am i taking the right decision ?
I will work somethong else in the same field

You have stated that you applied under QSW, not the investor program. Hence the sale of your/your family's business should not impact your application.

You also state that you received AOR in August 2014. If you look at the official processing time

you would be looking at hearing news about your application sometime in 2017.

Depends on where you are applying from, you can check CSQ processing times here:

Hi Experts,

I had one question in my mind which panics me a lot.....

While i was reading A-1520-AA form point no 21(Work Experience acquired as an employee over past five years)

there is one notification on left side displaying(Employment Contracts and promises of employment are not accepted)

Currently am working as contractual employee since april 2014, will my current job work experience be counted ??

am really worried , please suggest

they meant that they want only Social security contributions or income tax statement or any other official proof

Some one please help me to clear a doubt , I did by B Tech in Mechanical engineering, but I never worked in the respective feild. I have 8 years experience in Supply Chain- Customer service. Will I be applicable to Apply.

As I am confused reading this is immigration-quebec Website : The diploma must have been awarded within the five years preceding the application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ – Québec Selection Certificate). If this is not the case, the candidate must have legally practised for at least one year, during the five years preceding the application for a CSQ, a profession directly related to the diploma obtained and for which he or she is being assessed.

they will not give you points for experince. They are VERY VERY strict in this point.

the experince even should have a description Identical to that one in the Canadian NOC, other wise, they may reduce the number of years or not count them at all.

Hi,im lebanese ,Unfortunately , i have applied in May 2014 and gpt my Aor in August 2014 , my points are53,a little above the 49 for single applicant .i own a stpre in leb but were struggling and its on sale and im scared i might sell it befpee immigration happens and im spooo scared that i wont be able to immigrate , i dont know what to do , im soooo scaredddd

dont panic, 95 % of those made it, did make it becasue they were in worse conditions than yours.. you still have time ..
