Why would they basically proccess some applications faster than other applications? I’m not talking about 1 week or 2 weeks gap I’m talking about months ! Many applicants who applied in NOV have been informed of the final decision to their applications while some who applied in and before OCT...

Was the procedural fairness letter regarding yout bank statement? I got one on NOV 25 and was asked to respond within 10 days and I did respond but I’m still waiting since then and I’m really worried

Do you know guys anyone who had received this Procedural Letter and still got the visa ? Seems like a lot just don’t get it.

You must convince them that you will leave Canada . 20 days aren’t guaranteed thay you will get the visa because they usually take longer. Applying again now I don’t think is a good idea unless the processing time in your country is 1 month

As far as I can remember when I applied online in the required documents there was nothing about a copy of your Iqama. However,in the national identity number I wrote my Iqama number. And yes when they additional documents they will ask for it. Is it your first time applying ?

What a coincidence. The same thing EXACTLY happened to me. On 25 NOV I was asked to sumbit additional information without being given an address to send the additional documents to. So I sumbitted IRCC Webform on this link...

I’d suggest that you write a solid letter of explanation to prove home ties to your country and to prove that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay because most applications get refusal due to the fact that the Migration officer isn’t satisfied that the applicant will leave Canada.

Same as my first application. Now if you wish to reapply you must prove you will leave Canada at the end of your stay. How is that ? Prove home ties to your home country. It could be friends , family or job. You can talk about why you prefer Canada over other countries. All of this in the letter...
