    Indeed.They can refuse applications within 14-20 days but somehow they can’t approve applications within14-20 days. It’s nonesense that some applications has been applied 2-3 months ago and still they couldn’t make up their mind.

    You definitely can . I’ve been accepted to Sep2019 intake and applied for a study permit in OCT. I’d advise to apply now so if they refused your application then you’ll still have time to apply again and again. Go for it :) Good luck

    I’ve noticed that most of the refused application were refused within 14-20 days . Those which last longer than this 20 days usually get approved

    U should first check the processing time of where you’re applying from .. Delays happen a lot .. but you should file a web from when the application passes the normal processing time . I’ve applied on OCT10 and I’m still waiting . You check the processing time on this link...
