Have you checked that it is fine or not....? What is the time frame to submit PCC....30 days or 45 days ? Also you have to submit SAUDI PCC also if u r in Saudi from 6 months or more..

Regarding travel, I recommend to travel to-gather. So that all the after landing formalities can be finished at a time for both. Once everything settle there, you can definitely come back. There is no restrictions. But you can not come immediately. At least PR cards & all other visa formalities...
