May be not ? Not necessary.... Hope everything is fine for you. The photo request due to misplaced photos (may be) by the LVO. Keep checking....if it is there ?

I have seen the below statement in the letter for PER. (Please do not forward additional documents unless requested. If additional documents are required, you will be provided an address to forward required documents. Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application...
