I also applied from outside Canada (England). I have raised this and it seems that does not affect the processing time because all applications are processed in Canada. My advice is to be patient :)

All the best to all Sep Applicants who are still waiting for the MR. I often see people talking about the GCMS notes, just curious to know what the GCMS notes are. Does it apply to all or only those residing in Canada now. I have not dealt with that.
