    Hello Friendz, I have sent the document on 20/9 expected to reach 24/09.NOC - 2171 . Is there any chances ? SS shows pessimistic date 24/09.Some people on thread saying there is no chance for Sept/Oct applicant as the cap will be reached in June/July. Regards, Vipin
