Things will be more cleared by today or tomorrow,whether cap is based on CC/DD charge or completeness checked.I pray at least all august applicants of NOC 2173 will under cap.

Yes you are right.On Monday they were heavy firing of CC charge and today complete silent.Might be they are reloading there ammuniition.

Congrats Buddy....Enjoy that moment. Expert need your comments...Yesterday 2171 and 2173 both were getting charged.But 2173 stopped at 11/08 and 2171 went till 27/08. so is it all over for 2173 ?

No one knows dear.Latest CC charge for 2173 is 11th August.After that only NOC 2171 applicants have posted their good news. Lets pray 2173 and 2171 will last till December...and we all friend will be in cap.
