You are right Friend,I missed 2nd Sept charging.But charging date is before cap update.No NOC charged after Cap update.But still we can hope.All the best for all Sept applicant.

I am also 24th Sept applicant,But dear I think we are out of game now.Because no application is charged after 28/08 and one more thing if we see other NOC's like 2174,2173,1112.We didn't see any progress on these after cap reached.At that time, when 2173 was capped in three days after 699...

If you are sure about your 67 points then no need to worry.Because there will no extra advantage of 5 points. With regard to whether you can send this as addendum or not,I am not sure.only seniors can suggest.

You have to wait a little bit.Last applicant charged on 12/08 for 2173 as per forum and SS.if you see any charging in coming week,then you are still in game otherwise you have to wait for EE.With regards to no communication from CIC,they do not contact any one before PER.So if you are not in cap...

Until NOC reaches cap limit.No one can say anything.2171 charged till 27/08 then suddenly stopped even candidates for 26/08 and 19,20/08 are still not reported charge for same NOC.So lets wait and see how things move and pray all NOC will last long.
