Guys, Anyone have suggestions of bypassing VFS and sending passport.Is there any option other than through VFS. I have not recieved the PPR request...Future doubt? NDVO..

Is it a mandatory requirement that we should sent the Passport via VFS to NDVO...i saw some quotes in vamshi PPR post which is not clear..Can any seniors help on this??

No...u just need to carry both passport on ur next travel..They will transfer the visa to the new passport at destination

There are two ways of submitting passports..either u travel to and from or send it with a friend and ask somebody to finish the process. I recommend the first choice..always do by yourself brings perfection.For second question i cannot tell an exact answer..
