U should ask VO for suggestions with a case specific inquiry.Panel physicians may say a lot of stories.But VO is is the final decision maker.Better you to inform VO..orelse they may feel like u hide something and through medicals VO came to know about the situation.

U cannot eliminate the GAP..U have to fill it and is mandatory.Think about some ideas which can be safe like.. Suggestions:if u were in native place on that time..keep status as"not at work" or "with family" or "business"..

Dear.. As per my knowledge...she cannot undergo medical test on this period due to x-rays(radiation).So plz inform VO about your situation and they will postpone the medicals till delivery and can be done after the delivery..ur application will be in queue till that time.

They are wrong..U can apply if your job experience match with NOC(50 mentioned NOC)..Go ahead with ur application ASAP

OverSeas Employees shall be careful to get their leave on time if the information is true.. If they are fake i am sorry for wrong guidence.. Hope it will...
