Do not worry, they will finish your file until one year. someone gets PPR after 12-16 months from AOR.

these days, applicants (around April 2017) are getting PPR. in my opinion, you should wait PPR more half year. also CIC says processing time (from pnp to pr) is 19 months. your file will be from Nov 2017 to March 2019. just take your time. processing is so slow but it will be oaky.

Hi, these days applicants who (Received April 2017) (Medical earlier 2018) are getting PPR. in my opinion, you need to wait a few months more. the date of Medical is not important. Normally It depends on the date of Received. (CIC website said that PNP Processing Time ; 19 months) Good Luck.
