hi! these days, It takes two months from Received to AOR. In my opinion, you will have AOR last week of Feb. If you worry about that, you can apply for BOWP without AOR(file number) by mail. they will not accept your application, BUT! It will take 3~4 months. you can have 3months more~...

as you know, case by case. some people changed thier satus first, in process -> phone call some people still pending -> phone or e-mail interview there is not a correct answer. sorry. always Mpnp Officers say that just wait please. there are many thousands people waiting for mpnp
