No you can’t travel to Canada until travel restrictions lifted

You can make your parents marriage certificate anytime for back date . Just bring proof as your parents passport and they will make fir them with in couple of days . I just did my parents from india .

1. I select more than 6 months . actually it doesn’t matter that’s just a questionnaire 2. Select visitor visa is normal

change that questionnaire in which it asked to "How are you related to your family ? select child or grandchild there

If you are on post graduation work permit . And you studied out of Alberta . Than you might not be eligible for AINP . Check AINP site before you moved
