No your info is wrong. they are processing super visa applications and issuing approval letter . Only delaying is Visa stamp on passport . . Chances are good as long as you meet the requirements for supervisa. Good luck

I applied for my parents online from Canada. But they are in india right now. I did special request to cic thru email because my parents are in COVID 19 exemption category.

Make sure you give right answer to the questionnaire. I think you did some mistakes in Questionnaire

My parents got medical request today . We applied supervisa on 28 Sept, 2020. Got medical request on 09 oct .

It could process in Delhi . I applied online for my parents in New Delhi and their file is processing in Canada. I believe it’s all because of COVID 19

You can use your own log in details . Not a big deal but make sure you fill representative form for your parents.
