no i think you have to select NO to valid job offer if you dont have lmia. then the option for NOC code on workpermit will not show.

people with pgwps can convert their status to visitor or study permit.those are the only two options.

Just getting a job itself is a struggle - Now you need to find a job PLUS an employer willing to go for LMIA - That's a mission n a half esp for people in fields that are not in v high demand!

I am positive people without LMIA/ nonimnations would receive invitations. It is just a matter of time I believe. I mean if that was wasn't the case, then people without LMIA would simply just not be eligible for EE.
